I would not. There are just too many pitfalls. Especially when it comes to children (if the mother is not Jewish neither are the children). I want my kids to be raised as Jews. Also the logistics of keeping a Jewish home with a non-Jew is difficult. Keeping kosher, for instance, would be a logistic nightmare with someone in the house who doesn't keep kosher.

No religious* jew will marry someone who isn't a religious jew themselves (and especially if the person is not jewish, b/c that is forbidden). The reason for this is b/c it would be confusing for the child, make observance of jewish law difficult (for example, keeping a kosher kitchen), and also, the two would have pretty much fundamentally different ways of viewing G-d, and since our lives are based on service of G-d, it would like marrying a martian, for all intents and purposes.

This isn't to say non-jews or christians are bad people, but it just won't fly.

Any Jew who doesn't marry a Catholic woman doesn't know what he's missing. Especially those skinny little redheads with sexual repression steaming out of their ears. I would convert to Judaism just to marry a Catholic girl if I could find one who wanted me.
