I jogged with my friends from my high school up to the top of the hill where the hollywood sign is and back. However, we did stretches for about 15 minutes when we reached the top.

I've run a marathon, but in training the longest I've ever "jogged" is 22 miles.

36 hours in the Dolomite mountains of Italy while in the Army. I thought we'd never get to the end of the trail. It was mostly cross-country, up and down hills etc. Also we had a good snow storm to deal with. All in all it was great. Sure was better that guard duty.

On Sunday, I decided to go to the beach instead of the hills to do my run. It was early in the morning, so I found parking on the street. I ran between the breakfronts (1.5 each way). It was the most stunning and least painful run I have done...running on sand (sometimes wet - yuk) and having the ocean as my guide.

I wouldn't have considered it a jog, but I once walked from Cincinnati, OH to Lexington, KY.... it's a 2 hour drive. Best wishes
