I absolutely think you are DEFINATELY underweight, possibly with a disorder known as bulemia or anorexia.
People who work out alot, in spite of being heavy eaters, are considered to be bulemics, because they try too hard to burn more calories than they consume. You should probably be at LEAST around 115 pounds, or more, even at 14 years old.
I would suggest going to see the doctor and finding out if water polo is a healthy thing for you right now, and also discussing the low weight with him, and ways to gain some extra weight. You will probably need inpatient treatment, as bulemia and anorexia are mental conditions that require a rigorous "deprogramming" period to undertake, if I am right and you do have one of those conditions.
No offense meant, either, but I mean, I am 5'3" tall and even when I weighed 110 pounds, I was too skinny. I now weigh closer to 150, lol, but now I need to actually lose weight- about 15 pounds- my best weight is around 135 lbs. Maybe you should shoot for at least 120 pounds before joining any teams, sweetie.
I hope that helps, tall girl, lol. (yeah youre taller than me, and I am 29, ROFL) This is why I am not a teacher, hahaha

Compared to me you are. I'm 13 almost 14 in October and I'm about 5'10", and about 145 pounds, now I know there is going to be weight differences between the height, and I'm not a twig, but I know some friends about your height and I think your skinny, so your lucky you don't have to watch what you eat as much, if at all. so if you think your too skinny just eat more. And I hope you do well in water polo! (sorry this probably didn't help much)

yes and the best way for someone like you is to gain weight through muscle. you are probably destined to be skinny all your life so do weight training and drink the sport protein drinks that should help. My daughters paediatrician suggested that as opposed to fattening drinks like shakes. I would love to give you some weight but until Doctors find a way..... do as I have suggested. gain your weight through muscle training.

yes, you are definitely underweight. my client is 5'6 14years old and 120lbs and she looks like a stick. you need to gain weight by eating health and more, and doing light weights to build muscle (which increases your weight). your perception of yourself is somewhat distorted when you say that you're not that skinny. ask your friends.

If your BMI is below 15 it is considered anorectic. You can try finding out what your BMI is. If it is below 18, you are underweight. Between 18 and 25 is fine.

Just keep eating healthy and have fun playing your sports. You will fill out as time goes by... I was your size at your age... I am in my upper 20's now... have grown to 5'9" and filled out to 135... No worries.
