Difulcan if it is really bad. But to prevent in the first place....acidophilus. You can find it in yogurt or take tablets. I do both. I have autoimmune problems and have this issue all the time.

I would say go to a health food store and talk to the professional there. They will show you the right herbs and things to help clear candida out of the system. It really works, I have done this. It is just taking some pills is all.
