I went to school in the a first school in the 80's, all the schools at that time used that paper!

This has nothing to do with schools being cheap. It has to do with how much of the tax payers/ money you are willing to use to literally flush down the toilet. Do you want to spend the funds on cushy Charmin that kids will make into spit balls and stop up the toilets with, or do you want to use the funds to buy books, fund field trips, or maintain your buildings.
You have no idea how complex school budgeting is. All schools strive to make sure their schools are safe and comfortable as possible for their students. Most students don't relax on the toilet at school. Prime relaxation is done at home. Students are more than welcomed to bring their own sanitary products if what is provided does not meet your needs.

LOL! Good Question...at our school..it's a little worse than tracing paper..it's more like...cray paper. So...like..no one uses the bathrooms.

take in to consideration how much toliet paper a school goes through....and take in the consideration the cost of 2ply tp or fluffy tp....see... this way more money goes towards books and learning tools

because the school is cheap, and doesnt care about our comfort, they just wanna get the cheapest toilet paper they can find. thats y school food is so gross too, its the same reason,

i dont think we did or did you go to an under funded school because it seems like the only possibility. And im not insulting you, and im sorry if it looks like it.
