I'm a christian, but everybody keeps on telling me that muslims hate christians, is that true i need a muslims answer.

This is not true... I do not HATE christians...
Islam does not teach hating of Christians either...
The Jews and Christians are considered the "people of the book" they are closer to us than the pagans and athiests....
Now as a Muslim i PERSONALLY dont hate christians...
Islam DOES NOT teach hating christianity... (there are stories in history if u'd like to know more)
but the question is... how many muslims PRACTICE Islam??/ and how many practice that in particular??
I could hate an idividual christian for something he did... but my religion does NOT teach me to hate them...

I am Muslim and i really do not hate anyone...why would i hate you?? i dont even know you.. I may dislike some people..but if i do--there is a reason for it..I mean a real reason--not cuz of thier religion,color,etc...
