So schools are not teaching kids anything about the Crusades, or Northern Ireland? The pogroms against Jews or the Holocaust of Nazi Germany? What about antebellum slavery in the U.S.? The burning of so-called "witches" throughout Europe or the Anglicans vs. the Roman Catholics in England? The wars between RCs and protestants after Luther?
And America propping up every Mid-East despot (like Saddam during the Iran-Iraq War, or the Shah of Iran before that) so as to use these puppets to keep the populace from trying to tear down Israel and restore the Palestineans to their land?
Thanks for demonstrating how the education system helps keep people ignorant and pliable in the hands of propagandists.

Remember Timothy McVeigh. Turn on your local news station and watch how many people are being killed DAILY who are not Muslim. Travel outside of the US and watch foreign news and realize that what's happening in the Middle east if 1% of what's happening in the rest of the world. Get outside of your ignorant little brain.

My take on it is that when people are desperate to bring about what they consider justice, they'll do anything. It's a sign of desperation, an angry cry for help to the people they feel are hurting them. I don't think they're monsters, and I think it's a shame so many people dismiss them as such.
