Forget the store bought drinks go natural
Try this juice recipe:
250 g broccoli
175 g carrots
50 g beet
Juice all the ingredients and serve with ice. This is great for your immune system as well
If you hate the thought of juicing vegetables try
150 g grapefruit
50 gms kiwi
175 gms pineapple
50 gms raspberries(frozen will do)
50 gms frozen cranberries
Juice all the ingredients in a juicer except for the berries, then blend the berries along with the juice in a blender and serve over ice. This is a great energy drink and is full of vitamin a and vit c and selenium and zinc.
