Oh my god!!! I hope this is a joke. Did you know that you were infected before you had unprotected sex with her? If you did, then you're no better than a person who robs a store and shots the clerk in the face over $50. I feel sorry for the both of you. She should have insisted that you wear a condom. Has she ever asked you if you had any std's? You need to tell her asap or have the clinic that tested you call her and do it for you.

"Gee honey, You may die pretty soon if you don't get to a doctor. You see, I'm a ******* idiot and have AIDS. Maybe I should have told you that within the first five minutes of meeting you, but I'm an idiot as you know by now and didn't say a word just so I could get a piece of ***. I love you....no really I do...where you going...whatcha doing with that gun?"

That should do it for you.

OMG!!!! Did you know that you had aids prior to sleeping with her? If so then yes this is a "DEADLY" mistake that you have done to her. If you didnt know until after you slept with her, then it is understandable but should most definiately NOT be kept from her. There is no best way to tell her, you owe it to her to tell her so that she can go and get tested right away.

Yeah, you did. Chances are high that she's not going to want to see you again, but you still owe it to her to let her know. There's no easy way to have this conversation, so just sit her down (in a private place, can't stress that enough) and tell her. Make sure that she gets tested too! I wish you luck...perhaps if you do care about her, you two can still work things out.

WOW! I'm speechless.
Tell her immediately. Do you realize, you have changed this girl's life FOREVER? Why would you do that to someone? I really think you're kidding and if not, you may need help. There's no wrong or right way to really tell her. Point is, you must be honest and tell her tonight! Doesn't she atleast deserve that?

Unless you just found out yourself, you should probably call. If you tell her in person, wear protective clothing, keep you head down, and only take the important items when you run away.

You just tell her. She will be mad, I know I would be,so be prepared. How long have you known? She will ask you that also. Assuming you did not get it from her, also be prepared to tell her who you suspect you got it from. If after all this she is still talking to you, volunteer to go with her to be tested. Good Luck,I think in this case you are going to need it.

suggest the 2 of you get tested.

Go together to the testing site and act surprised when you get your results. It will take up to 6 months for her to know whether or not she contracted it.
