The religion with the most adherents is Christianity, so that would be the most trusted religion. [Was using "tristen", which is Old English for "trusted" intentional?]
For religions that have had a written Sacred Text, it is a toss up between Zorastrianism, and Samaritans.
For religions that do not have a written Sacred Text, it would have a group that spent most of history in isolation, then retained both its beliefs, and practices, after the onslought of western civilization.

If you mean which religion has changed the least over the course of its own history, my guess would be the indigenous tribal religions of Central Africa and the Amazonian rain forest. If you are talking about 'world' religions, then probably Zoroastrianism which may be even older than Hinduism.

well. . Islam is... its sources are sound and the books of islam Quran and sayings of the prophet were recorded since the time of the prophet himself.. ie.. 1400 years ago... the Quran is purely and entirely authentic.. meaning that there is no one who could temper with it.. but the sayings of the prophet... there was a lot of tamepering with it but there is a science of the sayings of the prophet where scholars tried going back to the chains...

Jewish and deat sea scrolls proves it but at the same time its one of the most cruel religions and genocidal.
Tough i am jew but i don't support thier religion. I don't know any other religion on the planet that justifies crime, murder and genocide like jewdo-Christian-Islamic religions.

The oldest unchanged religion is Hebrew/jew, the oldest unchanged christian religion is the Coptic church, the catholic church has changed many times.
