As far as we know, no, there isn't. There's no evidence for it, and it seems very unlikely. The most likely conclusion is that when brain activity ceases with death, that's the end.

You may choose not to believe this, but there is an existence after this physical life on earth. Exactly what it is no one can be certain of the details. Even if religions state that they have the truth, the actual truth is beyond anyone's earthly comprehension.

How do I know this? Fleeting memories I had when I was a small child of a pre-mortal life. And, communication with deceased loved ones who returned briefly.

In fact, something my father said forced me to have a more open mind about religion and life after death. He came back and said, "It isn't how you think it is over here."

I have seen and heard the spirits of my grandmother, father and little boy who all died. Apparently, there is so much we are not aware of, just waiting to be discovered when we pass over. My little boy knows I love flowers and can't wait to show me colors that can't be perceived on this earthly plane.

I don't know with all certainty what life after death is like. But our spirits, souls or some sort of force within us leaves the physical body and continues on...

I'm not saying this from a religious standpoint. There must be a truth that exists in between where the religions of the world stand and where the atheists stand.

We certainly should remain at least open-minded to future possibilities. Wise people entertain all possiblities.

There is life after death. Either life with God in heaven or life (actually eternal conscious death) in hell. Which will you have? To go to heaven you must ask Jesus Christ to forgive, remove and cleanse you from all your sins and come into your heart to live there forever. You must give Him your life and live for Him the rest of your life. Then you will live forever in heaven. Do that today without delay. May God bless you in this.

Eternal Life in Eternity -

In the height of heaven (Job 22:12), in the third heaven (2 Cor.12:2) God inhabits eternity (Isa.57:15) and dwells in Zion (Joel 3:21, Ps.23:6), the city of the living God (Heb.12:22).

Christ chose us (the church of God – 1 Cor.10:32) before the foundation of the world that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love (Eph.1:4): and He gave those He chose eternal life (Jn.10:28-29, Jn.3:36, Jn.17:2).

Having been given eternal life, we in Christ Jesus are passed from death unto life (Jn.5:24), never to die, to live with God in Eternity (Isa.57:15), in His kingdom (Dan.7:18, Dan.7:22), an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled that does not fade away (1 Pe.1:3-4).

We are of the household of God (Eph.2:19).

I think that there is life after death. Don't know what to expect, but I don't believe that we just die. And everything is over....
