Okay well i went to check this tv out last month and the TV looks REALLY nice for the price. the screen ratio is only at 800:1 though will that be a problem? I like watching TV with the lights off so is it going to look muddy? I also was going to play my Xbox 360 on it. Do u think it will ghost? if ANYONE has this TV and can tell me good things about it please do because its a nice looking TV for $1000, but i dont want to dish out the money for a bad TV.

here is the BestBuy page for it. it has a good zoom picture of it. They are a lil more expensive there though.

Some please tell me good things about this TV. I know one of u must have it. THANKS!

IT is big but the picture is great and with hmdi hookups you'll enjoy that ps3 on it. I have my 360 hooked to mine no probelm with refresh rate or anything that usually occurs with cheaper LCD tvs give it a try.

personally,I would not have a magnavox. In the past,I have had 2 of them that i bought new and 1 was given to me until i could get another one.So 3 of them in the past 12 years.None of them have lasted. The first one had an auto tuner to go out and it would have cost me more to fix it than what a new one would cost.I figured maybe it was just a lemon so i bought another one and this time i would be watching it and the screen would turn to snow and the sound would be crackled.I had this one checked out by a service technician and there was a board that he replaced and it cost me $110.The same board went out about 6 months later and magnavox did not offer any warranty on the repair or parts even though i had used an authorized magnavox repairman for the repair so i trashed it.The one that was given to me was around 1-2 yrs old and the power supply kept going out in it.I finally bought me an rca television and have had no problems with it.

If u are those who has extremely high demand on the picture quality, try no other LCD brands than Sony and Panasonic. Their LCD tvs are always in the top league. Sony's Bravia and Panasonic TXL60 are as equally good in its picture quality, but the TXL 60 has an additional SD card slot for recording n play back of tv programmes, which can save u alot from a dvd-recroder =)

I WOULD ASK CIRCUIT CITY WHAT THEIR RETURN POLICY IS AND IF IT'S AGREEABLE TO YOU, TAKE THE TV HOME AND TRY IT OUT.
DOUBLE CHECK TO SEE IF THEY HAVE A RESTOCKING FEE.
