this is real important to me so please so smart coments, i've always been there for my family even when i'm out of the country i drop everything if something is wrong in the family, i'm the blacksheep in the family cause i speak my mind, so i'm hated. my son just had a daughter 3 days ago and she needs open heart surgery, she's 6pds 4ounces, she's in ICU at yale, surgery on thursday and i just dont understand how family can turn their backs on their own and not even give an ounce of support to my son or the baby, I now realize that I have no family except for my mom and older brother who emails me. am i wrong for cutting them out of my life, i cry and worry about the baby and there is no one to cry to. that baby is a blessing from god and no one respects that, i almost feel hate for these people, they dont even care about my 12yr old girl, I pic up cans all night everynight so she can eat because i make just enough to pay the rent and bills, no one cares and i hurt so bad inside, help.

the family members that i have only call or email me. thats it. I dont call that help. they know what I do, they dont even save cans for me, I can't visit or even ask for a dollar.

Be thankful you have help from the family memebers who support you. I have no siblings , so understand you are lucky in a lot of ways. Just pray for he baby and be there when you can and support your son. I know he need s it very much. You should focus on him not the rest of your family. He can get help with the bay medical bills. Lots of Childrens Funds availabe. they hekped with my daughter when she was born. She weighed 4lds 5 ozs. Just keep praying . God bless!

You've packed a lot of details in here. You say you are in and out of the country. How can you afford to do that if you don't have enough money to feed your 12 year old? Sorry, some inconsistencies here. I'm good for prayers, especially for sick children that deserve the chance at a good life. Your family is whoever loves and supports you. Sounds like you don't have as much family as you need and need to seek the help of others to get by. Go talk to someone.
