Everything that we humans do is caused by two motivated factors, the pursuit of pleasure and the avoidance of pain.
The biggest motivating force is the avoidance of pain. We will do ANYTHING to avoid feeling pain. That is what you're doing now. One way to use this force in your favor is to change the way you view things.
When there are two forces at work that are both "Avoidance of pain" forces, then the one with the greater pain will win out. An example would be a big homework assignment, which is going to be painful.... so you avoid it, but eventually it comes close to the day when that assignment will be due, so there is the GREATER pain of NOT having the assignment done, getting an F, and possibly failing the class, so the BIGGER motivating force wins out and you do the assignment.
Take your circumstance and look at it this way. "If I don't let this woman know how I feel and don't take this chance, I may miss out on the greatest thing in my life, I may miss out on the love of my life..." Get yourself realizing and seeing that the greater pain will be missing out on this opportunity, missing out on this love, missing out on the greatest thing in your life.
If you can do it right and get the right frame of mind, then you'll create the greater pain and use it to motivate you to "TAKE THE CHANCE!!"

Think of it this way, if you never tell her how you feel you'll spend the rest of your time thinking what if? Just tell her but in a creative way like a poem or a song. Or do it the old fashion way a summon up your courage and tell her. Will a possible rejection be worst than never knowing what could happen.

Just sit her done in a comfortable, quiet place (Starbucks) setting for both of you and just take a deep breath and start out slow and tell her how much you love her and how you feel. If you don't, you might regret it in the future.

You better just suck it up and tell her. What would you do if someone told her you loved her, but then they wanted her themselves. Maybe they would go to tell her, but then ask her out instead. Be a man, go for it! Right now...what are you doing still reading this? Call her now.....you still here? Go!!!!

tell her. What do you have to lose? She might love you back, and be afraid to tell you. You need to tell her. If you don't, you could regret it. Good luck!

Do you plan to admire her from afar forever? If not I suggest telling her and taking your chances, what do you have to lose! If she rejects you then you know to move on and save yourself this anguish :)

your cute! from your avatar anyway, and your yahoo id says so too. so what are you so afraid of?! if you tell her there are 2 possibibilities:
a) she'll accept your feelings
or,
b) she'll give you a look and never talk to you again.
and if it doesn't, there's always me! ;)
