can any one help me what are the requierments to become a fugitive recovory/ bail bondsman/ bounty hunter in michigan?

The ability to spell properly, especially such common words as RECOVERY.
The ability to use proper punctuation and grammar, such as capitalizing the first word in a sentence and places such as MICHIGAN.
