S-Bahn are suburban trains, U-Bahn are underground trains in Germany.

And yes, the maps above the doors are for that... you must be careful to see in which direction the train that you will be taking is headed in the correct way.

well i've never been on a subway but i don't think i would ask for directions on a subway and sorry i don't know what a s-bahn or a u-bahn is...

i've never been on a subway... but the s+u-bahns are cool... yes i did ask directions.... i never really looked at those maps... and the autobahns are very cool... they have no speed limits as in US interstates or Sweden's TcHW
