It was somehow changed from the default city and I don't know how to change it back

click on weather icon and under title of city you will see change location.

I have the region of the Messenger window that immediately comes up with my IM record. It provides me the elements for West Jordan, Utah. How do i regulate it to Olympia, WA and characteristic be my default? My time-honored yahoo web page has it astounding.

Just above your city is a little place to check for another city.

Click Edit Content, then eith er remove cities which you are not interested in or add your new selection.
