Well you possibly could have. You hurt this person very badly. He may have moved on then again he may still be pining for you. I suggest that you contact him (if you can) and with the deepest sincereity tell him that you are so very sorry for being cruel to him the way you were. By talking to him for a short while you will know if he has moved on and has another. If he is still showing an interest then you MAY have a chance with him. But you cannot expect him to just fly right back into your arms after all that you have done to him. He sounds like he may have been a loyal and wonderful person to you, so be very careful and try not to be too hurt if he doesnt come back to you.

No. I'm sorry. You need to move on. After 2 years, he's not going to take you back. It really doesn't sound like he was the love of your life if you hurt him or insulted him that bad. I'm sorry. You really need to just move on, and find someone else. Good luck.

Ya messed up pretty bad indeed...if the tables were turned, would you take him back if he'd treated you that way?

You can try talking to him...people do grow and change so he may be willing to accept that you aren't the same person you were 2 yrs ago...but if he doesn't, don't hold it against him...what you did would be difficult for many to forgive, much less to walk that path with you again...

Give it a try and you will see. If you are sure of your feelings, you have nothing to lose.
But chances are high that in 2 years he already moved on, so he will smile at you, and say "I am sorry, but I have a girlfriend now".

Good luck!

It sounds like you are looking more for a diversion than a renewal. Turn on the charm and the tears, say what he needs to hear and never mind that you don't mean a word of it. It has always worked on me and I know better.

Depends if he has moved on or still has some left over feelings for you. first try to resolve whatever issue you might have between each other, if any exists then start the whole friend thing again.take it from there.good luck.

There's always a chance..... start with a major apology and expect him to want answers . . . be patient, he may not want you back though...... It's a tough call. . if you really want him, all you can do is try
