curves, it's more pleasing to the eye. Not really in to girls that look like 12 year old boys, but if the skinny girl was cute and had a really good personality, I would make an exception.

It depends on how big the curves are and how much "meat" is involved. But there is such a thing as being TOO skinny, too.

A mix of the 2 is ideal.
Too skinny is gross, and too much meat is also no good.
Guess it depends on the guy though.
I like medium build.

I believe its not the appearance but the interior beauty that is important. No one is born ugly through changes in life we encounter and understand the oneself. Think about it like the story of The Ugly Duckling whom the ugly become the beautiful swan. What I'm saying is that beauty is the side dish and the personality is the main course, see you can live with the side dish or not.

Having gone out with both, I don't care. There are plenty of things I look for in a woman, but her size isn't one of them
(Except that very skinny girls have no padding on their pubic bone, and that hurts.)

I like curves but not to the point that the girl looks fat, she has to still look slim
