I'm looking for a bible verse that says "If your brother has done you wrong you must tell him, then the matter is between him and God and basically your part is done"

that make any sense?

This is the Scripture where Christ says to go to the Church for final authority and sets up the apostles, as the first leaders of His Church, with His full authority to "Bind and Loose".

Matthew 18:15-18 "If your brother sins (against you), go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have won over your brother. If he does not listen, take one or two others along with you, so that 'every fact may be established on the testimony of two or three witnesses.' If he refuses to listen to them, tell the church. If he refuses to listen even to the church, then treat him as you would a Gentile or a tax collector. Amen, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother "Raca," is answerable to the Sanhedrin.

well I think that this is the one you are looking for
Mat 5:23 Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee;
Mat 5:24 Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.

it is our job to tell people how to live as holy as possible..then it is up to God to judge not us.
