I saw a poster today that was of Uncle Sam, you know, the one that wants you to join the army - and my son asked me what was Uncle Sam's last name. I never thought about it. Anybody know ?

uncle sam is not a real person it is the abreviation of the stamp on parcels sent to our boys back in wwI or II
U.N.C.L.E. S.A.M.

USAM stands for united states american military - which is the term they used for propoganda back in the day...."uncle sam" came from this as a marketing tool...pretty cool, but no last name.
