Make jello using only 1/2 the water called for dissolve the jello thoroughly in the hot water before adding the vodka or other alcohol...I suggest using a little less water so the jello sets more firmly

...bring the suggested water to a boil remove from heat and use a table spoon to remove 2 or 3 spoonfuls from the water then add the jello, dissolve fully...stir as much as it takes, and then... only when dissolved.... add the other liquid...just be sure the total amount of liquid is a bit less or equal to the package directions...

If you put it in the freezer check on it every half hour. it should only take 60-90 Min's but your results may vary. also try adding a blueberry or small piece of other fruit to the ice cubes...
you can also add toothpicks or straws or use small paper cups and plastic spoons then you have a ready made handle for your 'shot'
sort of a "shot pop" (cycle) sounds good on this hot day.

I like to use ice cube trays for the shots...
if you choose to put them in the freezer in stead of the refrigerator they will harden faster but you must not 'forget' them.
the refrigerator takes several hours to solidify... you can also use a cake pan and then when it is solid cut it with a knife into cubes or whatever shape you want....

Make Jello and use the directions on the back and just substitute half the water with Vodka. Use more or less depending on how strong you want them to be. Stir it a few times while it is cooling so it does not settle..

So easy, prepare Jell-O as you normally would, but substitute half of the water for vodka or other alcohol of choice, pour into shot glasses on a tray and chill until gelled, or drink straight like spiked Koolaid.

Just follow the recipe on the box only substitute the cold water w/ vodka. You may even be able to use rum if you'd like. Make sure to mix everything well until it's completely dissolved cause it doesn't taste too good if it's not!
