I'm going on vacation to the Dominican Republic in 2 weeks. Is it going to be a problem w/the hot sun, salt water and chlorinated pool?

The sun and ocean may actually be good for your skin, but be careful of the pool. Be sure to rinse off well, and use your moisturizers.

I've got eczema on my hands, arms, legs and feet something awful. But it hasn't stopped me from going swimming. But I always seem to pay for it. The flareups are worse and last longer. But if you use your moisturizers and prescribed ointments you should be fine. I have heard about the benefits of UV rays and how they can dramatically decrease the number and intensity of flareups.

Hope this helps! Have a great trip!

The sun is actually good for it! Go to the tanning bed it really helps take it away! My doctor actually prescribed me to go! Another thing that helps is to take an Aveeno bath and take a wash cloth and soak it in the bath and put it on your face, do this over and over for about 20 minutes, it will help also!
