Is it possible to block a phone number using Vonage?

This one guy keeps calling me non-stop til about 10 pm & then starts again at 9am in the morning. I went on the vonage website but they didn't have anything to block numbers.

Phone Vonage, they can block the number and report it to the police.

right after he calls hang up and hit *67*15*999....i work with vonage so yea
