They are called Heely's or Heelies....dont knowif that helps. They may have a website that will give you a dealer.

Not sure of a place in Ontario....but try EBAY....I typed in the search on EBAY for roller skate shoes, and there are hundreds of them to choose from, many with buy it now and new...Good Luck
