It's a great thing to do! When we are on the computer we tend to blink less often than normal, resulting in dryer eyes. Pick up systane or refresh tears at most any store (walmart/walgreens/etc) and use as often as you like or moisten your eyes. Also, try to remember to blink more often :)
Stay away from visine drops because they contain preservatives that can cause rebound redness and irritate your eyes.

yes if i stare computer screen for 4 hours or more i have to use eye drops.

I do because I wear contacts and my eyes get dry and hurt if I stay on here too long

Eyedrops are made to moisten your eyes. If your eyes are dry, then sure.

i dont but i should thanks i will do that and yes you should your eyes will hurt and get red.
