Does anyone know a recipe for baked desserts that can be enjoyed hot out of the oven? Most cookie/cake/brownies recipes that I have require the baked goods to cool before you can eat them, and I'm looking for something that can be eaten right away.

And I already know about allrecipes.com, google, and etc - I'm not lazy, just looking for personal advice, thanks.

One of my family's favorite recipes is what we call volcano brownies. Any brownie recipe will work. Cook as directed. When done, remove from the oven and scoop (not slice) the hot brownie into a bowl. Immediately top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and ladle on some caramel ice cream topping. The heat instantly melts the ice cream...it is yummy.

Another cool treat is to take a can of Eagle brand condensed sweetened milk. Remove the paper label and place the can in a large pan. Then cover the entire can with water (you need about an inch of water over the top of the can). Put the water on the stove to boil. This is going to boil for 3 hours. Check on it periodically and add water as needed. You can do more than one can at a time. After 3 hours, put the pan with the can in your sink and start running cold water over it. When the can is cool enough that you can touch it...open the can and taste the best creamy caramel or dulce de leche you have ever had. Now use this to top cheesecake, brownies or ice cream....or just eat it out of the can.

If you're thinking of something really fun, nothing beats Baked Alaska. It's really nothing more than a cake on the bottom, mound of ice cream on top of that. Put the whole thing in the freezer to get extremely hard. Then cover with meringue and pop in the oven to brown the peaks. Then take it out and spoon rum or brandy over/around it and set it on fire. Once the alcohol burns off you have the most amazing dessert.

For something simple, make up some yummy molasses cookies and serve with some french vanilla ice cream for a simple fresh-from-the-oven dessert.

Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c. self-rising Flour
3/4 c. Sugar
2 tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa (Hershey's or Ghiradelli is best)
1/2 c. Milk
2 tbsp. Butter, melted
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 c. Sugar sifted with 2 tbsp. unsweetened Cocoa
1 1/2 c. very hot Water (115-120 degrees)

Method:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In 9'' souffle dish or 8'' baking dish, mix together flour and 3/4 c. sugar, along with 2 tbsp. cocoa. Add milk, vanilla extract and butter and mix together thoroughly. Will be stiff. Spread out evenly in dish. Evenly sprinkle sugar/cocoa mixture over top. Carefully pour hot water over top of sugar/cocoa. DO NOT MIX!!! Place in oven and bake for 35-45 minutes or until center is set and firm to the touch.
This makes a dessert that is like chocolate cake on top with dark chocolate sauce underneath. Serve it hot with vanilla ice cream. For those times when you need more chocolate than others, serve with chocolate ice cream and stand back!
Makes 8 servings; or just two if you're suffering from chocolate withdrawal.

I know some non-bake recipes for pies and tarts..I think that is what you are looking for. Example: Lemon tart..

Keebler graham cracker tart cups
Lemon
Condensed milk

All ya have to do is slightly bake the tart cups...you can baste with egg white to harden if ya want.

Add lemon to condensed milk. Lemon has a way of cooking the mixture just by adding it and chilling. Pour the mixture in the tart cups and put in fridge...two hours later..VOILA you have a pie! Top with Cool Whip or Whipped Cream or even any berry mix..get creative. Another one is Kool-Aid Pie..whip up some Kool Whip with cream cheese and Kool Aid mix of your choice (I prefer Lime)..then add toppings..even add some slices of citrus to the top. Kids love it.

look, if something is right out of the oven, it'll burn you no matter what it is. If you meant that you want something that'll cool off FASTER then try praline cookies, they are super flat so it doesn't take long before you can enjoy them.

What about stuffed baked apples with cinnamon and nuts? They're supposed to be good right out of the oven.
