You sort of answered your own question in the more detail part. No we do not all worship the same God. As you pointed out above each religion has it's own personal belief. BUT there is only one God and it is the Christian that believes in him. How can I say that? Well the evidence of God is all around us and most of the predictions in the Bible have come to pass or are going to pass. Why is that significant? BECAUSE in the history of man no one has predicted events and they all came true except the Bible.

That's a nice question.
The Bible states that God's people would all be taught by Him (Isaiah 54:13). If God is truth, and if all are being taught by him, why are there so many differences in each religion? Here's the answer:
There is only one religion that is acceptable to God. 2 Corinthians 11:14 says that Satan 'transforms himself into an angel of light". What is Satan, though? He's a demon of darkness. Satan misleads people in such a way that he can make a bad religion look like a good one. In fact, the next verse shows that Satan has ministers. These ministers may not know they are being used by Satan, but nonetheless, as the Scripture shows, they help him in misleading the entired inhabited earth (Revelation 12:9).
Here are other Scriptures you may enjoy that show that just because a person is religious, it doesn't mean he has God's favor.
Matthew 7:21-23
Titus 1:16
2 Timothy 3:5, 13
Many say "Well the true religion is Christianity." However, according to their actions and their words, 99% of "Christians" are counterfeit. I am a Christian, and I am part of a worldwide brotherhood of fellow believers. We do not take part in war or get involved in politics, we show love for our neighbor by sharing the good news with them (Romans 10:15; Matthew 24:14), and our individual dispositions are unlike any other religion's adherents (Galatians 5:22, 23).

It's quite simple. The holy father is the one true God. The other religions around the world worship false Gods, or idols that they have made for themselves. Either that, or they worship dead people who lived extraordinary lives. Buddah is dead, Muhamad is dead, but Jesus is the one and only who died, and then rose again. It has been proven that all the said "Gods" have walked the earth, but it has only been proven that Jesus came back to life. Christians worship the Abba Father, creater and savior. It's a hard concept to grasp, but our one diety is really three, father son and ghost. They all always have been, and they all always will be. The other God's worshiped around the world are figments of the mind, no proof that they exist. So no. There is one god, in which Christians worship. The others have been fooled to worship false Gods.

First off the "Muslim God" is not impersonal, if you read the Quran it shows many times that God is most loving and most forgiving. Secondly most religions believe in the same God, any other religion that doesn't seem to have many Gods or don't worship idols believes in the same God. Lastly God is perfect in every way. Well that's just my opinion.

No, not all religions worship the same God. The bible is the oldest and most reliable reference to understand who God is. The Bible actually reveals what the true God feels about these relgions that worship other gods than him. False religion and worshiping other Gods besides him originated very early in human existence. There are false gods and false religions but one true God and one Truth. There is an enemy of God that wants to spread lies about the truth so we dont learn how to worship the True God and have a relationship with him.

It is but one universe made of the same building blocks. They all worship what they believe the source is and a facet of the source that makes sense to them in their traditions. Most feel special in their relationship with the creator. Isolation has led them to believe they alone hold the truth. Yes it is all the same the devotions and rules are different.

I like to think that all religions worship the same God, but think of him/her/it in different faces or aspects.
Any person who says that only their religion is the "right" one is at best hypocritical, and at worst a bigoted zealot.
If what you believe causes you to respect others, and treat others as you would like to be treated, without JUDGING them or putting them down, you'll be a person I'd like to have as a friend, no matter what you call God.

This is a simple matter of "God" being interpreted differently by different people. Jesus said God is loving. Moses said God is wrathful. Mohammed said God is distant. Perhaps he's loving, wrathful, AND distant. We don't know because none of us have a direct link to God. We can't just email the guy and find out what he's like.

I don't think all religions worship the same God. I feel that the whole "all Gods are one God" thing is over-simplying the many paths that are floating around out there and it is offensive to many.

All thru history, there's been each nation of peoples that worship their own gods.
It's either a god crafted in their own hand, or the one and true living God.
Either a dollar bill is real, - or it's a counterfeit. Saying all paper money is the 'same' is denying the reality.
