People do not go to heaven or hell on the basis of love. They go based on the condition of their soul. If heaven where open to anyone and everyone, it would be no different then earth. The dividing line is whether or not the person, during their lifetime, allowed God to change their spirit from death to life so that it is able to live in the perfection of heaven. It is called the New Birth. Those who choose it are ready for heaven. Those who reject it are not. (And those who never hear about it are God's call).

Oh, and nobody gets "killed" in hell. They are already dead before they go there, according to the Bible.

The hell that the churches scare people with is not a bible teaching. The bible says about the dead;

Genesis 3:19 In the sweat of your face you will eat bread until you return to the ground, for out of it you were taken. For dust you are and to dust you will return.”

Ecclesiastes 9:5 For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all, neither do they anymore have wages, because the remembrance of them has been forgotten.

Romans 5:12 That is why, just as through one man sin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned—.

Ezekiel 18:4 Look! All the souls—to me they belong. As the soul of the father so likewise the soul of the son—to me they belong. The soul that is sinning—it itself will die.

So, if we just die, than, no hell. Wonderful to learn some truth huh?

He doesn't kill them- People choose eternal torment- Why? Because it wouldn't be heaven if there was evil in it. This life is the time that we are tested to see if we are attracted to God or to Satan. If we choose to be attracted to Satan then we will not have a place at God's side. Why is this so hard to understand? God loves us and wants everyone EVERYONE to come to Him, but He will not force anyone to come to Him- He lets us choose for ourselves. Why do you try to say that God is somehow bad when He says that people that reject Him and are mean and evil cannot live with Him? If you choose to reject God (and the teachings He gave us) then you can't live with Him. It's really simple.

Are you afraid of Hell? If you don't like God, if you don't want to live a life of self-lessness and live in a world where people strive to serve each other and help each other, then Hell is the perfect place for you.

First, what it boils down to is CHOICE. People CHOOSE to not believe in God, or to not believe in the Bible. God doesn't send people to hell, PEOPLE send themselves to hell.
Think of it this way:
Heaven is God's home. Would you let someone into your home, if they hated you? No matter how much love you have for a person, ultimately it's their decision to love you or not. They make that choice, YOU don't.
Besides, hell IS death. It is the opposite of everything that God and heaven are.

If you're going to pick apart the Bible, you should probably become familiar with it first. No where in Matthew does Jesus say he's going to kill people for not loving him.

It would be a good idea to become familiar with the works you're planning to criticize, if, in fact, you intend to criticize them.

Have a good day.

No, its our own choice. We decide whether we want to live w/ Jesus in paradise, or if we want to go and suffer forever in hell....

Makes atheists sound like crazy masochists, doesn't it?....But thats technically the way it is. You choose.

Plus, if you don't love Jesus, why would you want to live w/ Him forever?

Jesus doesn't kill...we kill ourselves by not believing in him..it is our choice..Jesus wishes everyone to be saved (more than you could imagine) but many reject his words.
