Try a minimizing bra, like these for example:

I think Bali is a good brand... comfortable.
By the way, I'm short too... it's my experience that wearing clothes that are too baggy can sometimes make you look bigger. Don't wear clothes that are really tight, but don't wear stuff that just hangs on you either. Experiment and see what looks good to you.

There are shirts that can help. Be sure hat the bra you wear is big enough, wearing a smaller bra actually pushes breasts up and causes more clevage. Also I know that some bra makers (playtex I think) makes bras in 1/2 cup sizes so if you are bigger than a "C" but not quite a "D" you can get an inbetween cup size.

Just ignore the girls at school that tease you. They're just jealous, that's all! I was a D-cup by 7th grade, and the girls were jealous and claimed that I was stuffing, but I just ignored it and went on. The guys weren't making fun of me . . . What's the big deal??? Just be proud of 'em!!!!!!! Now, the girls that teased me back in 7th grade wish to have my boobs! They ain't got none! What comes around, goes around.

Don't worry about what others say. Your body is beautiful. In my eyes, everyone is beautiful. You can't allow the rest of your peers to minimize the way you see yourself. You should be proud of who you are, no matter what. So you have breasts. You are a woman.(young adult) If the other girls have a problem with that, so be it. Phase out the insults and listen to what others are really saying. When someone says, "That can't be real. You obviously stuff." What they are really saying is,"Why don't I look like that?" Be strong, be proud.

i had early fast development too and am still traumitized, i feel your pain...i wore a jacket every day to school...still carry a sweater (even in 95 degree weather) when i feel self conscience...i hope you get over it quicker than i (haven't yet) i'm a 32 DD now (same size as pam anderson after boob job)...i'm gonna read other's answers to your question and see if i can figure it out too...sometimes for me i see my friends with larger breasts and sometimes it's reassuring that i'm not the only one...my question is, for nature's sake, why don't we just grow them when they're needed (breast feeding)?
