I'm going to the 9th grade this year and I 'm taking mostly all honor's classes; is 9th grade going to be really tough for us, if so, I don't think I'm going to make it in Algebra II CP...:-(

By the way, our teachers did this to us last year before the year was out, they MADE us take these classes, but I do think I have the capability if I can make all A's throughout elementary and a few B's and 1 C in the middle school...

Okay, first of all dont get stressed. It's not a big deal. I took honors classes in high school and did just fine. just study hard and stand out. DONT SLACK!! trust me you'll fall behind. But have fun. It's high school. Plus, it depends on what kind of teachers you get and the school system you are in. Good Luck...Stop stressing...Enjoy the rest of your summer....

A's are not as important as you handling and understanding the material and surviving the year. If you were put into these classes, there is a great chance that you will get A's. High school is a totally different world from middle and elementary school, where if you get a B, you're an idiot. Even the smartest people go through a time where their grades dip, but dips go back up. As long as you're being a good student and getting everything done on time, you'll do fine. Be prepared, though, for a shocker!

I finished high school this year and to me the honors classes are what all the regular classes should be like. I practically went to sleep and then woke up to take the tests in the regular ones. I got straight As in 9th grade and I took trigonometry. I don't think it'll be hard at all. AP classes might be a bit more challenging, but Honors classes are not that big of a deal for most people.

I was the same way. 9th grade was quite a change from middle school, but the schoolwork isn't as hard as you're thinking it'll be. There may be a ton of homework, but the difficulty of it isn't out of your reach. And if it is, you can always drop the class and pick up a lower-level class.

It will be a little rough at 1st but if you made it with excellent grades this far you can do it. Just remember everyone else is feeling the same way.

All of high school is a breeze. It's so easy, and if you stress yourself over grades, then it will make it that much harder. Just do your work, but don't forget to have fun, because that's what life is about, and I forgot that in high school.

if you are going to a public school than no

Many of the honors classes in public school are just like regular classes the only difference might be if you have to write a paper it might have to be 1 page longer.
