In the same way in which water cleans and nurtures the inside of the body it does in the outside. In about 2 weeks to 1 month you will probably see results. But if you realy want to do it right don`t smoke or drink alcohol in this period. But keep in mind the fact that water alone will not make you loose weight, be careful what you eat and you should exercise even if it`s just a little bit. Exercising will help your skin as well.

What do you mean how long do you have to drink it? Water is a required substance to continue to existence in this world. You should be drinking water daily regardless of if it helps you loss weight and etc. And to answer your question, yes, drinking water does help you in many ways but the time varies.

Yes water does do both. It has no calories, so therefore you are not adding unnecessary calories like with sodas. Since I've been drinking more water my skin is more clear, and is more hydrated. I don't know if it helps as much with acne though.

Drinking water will not help you loose weight at all!!!!!
You need to diet!!!
Drinking too much water is dangerous and leads to liver and kidney damage.
