I want to download a good photo editer but all the ones i download are crap =) lol any suggestions?

Here are a few ..... I like Picasa best ....
PhotoPlus will do more though
I here Paint.net does layers now .. so that is good.

If you really want good ... fork out $75 for Adobe Photoshop Elements 4 ... you can d/l a trial at the adobe website.

Or Corel Paintshop Pro for $99 , free trial at Corel.

The free ones can do a lot .... but when it comes down to it ... you get what you pay for ... except for GIMP ... GIMP is excellent I hear, but I dont use it.

I'm a Photoshop girl.

What have you been downloading?
Try Picasa or Vicman's Photo Editor or StudioLine Photo Basic or Serif PhotoPlus 6.0 or Pixia - they're all free.

Go to http://www.download.com/ and download a copy of the software program IrfanView.
