BEST BUY IS A JOKE. ALSO THE GEEKS. GOOD LUCK RETURNING ANYTHING AND IF YOU DO THEY WILL HIT YOU FOR A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. IT TOOK ME 10 WEEKS TO GET MY SOFTWARE DISCS BACK FROM THEM WHEN THEY DIDN'T PUT THEM BACK IN MY LAPTOP CASE. I DIDN'T CHECK BEFORE LEAVING. I CALLED ABOUT 3 TIMES A WEEK, ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND GOT THE `ILL CHECK AND CALL YOU BACK` CRAP. AFTER I GOT TIRED OF SCREWING WITH THEM I CALLED AND THREATENED THEM WITH A LAW SUIT AND FINALLY GOT THEM BACK. MAYBE YOU CAN `SCREW UP` YOUR ITEM THEN TAKE IT BACK! AFTER ALL, IT WOULD BE DAMAGED THEN!

no..... this is an imposible task...... that company is the worst... the GEEK SQUAD is even worse! I will not buy from them due to the "return" policy . Best of luck to you! give up before you have a heart attack!

unless you bought their "protection plan" ($30) nothing can be returned past the return period.
if its not defective, sell it on ebay or something
