Over the weekend my boyfriend desided to disappear for a two days and I had no idea where he was, and it scared the **** out of me because normally he lets me know. And now he is telling me that I care way to much and that he wants to take a break...and I don't understand...I thought it was a good thing to care about one another and not forget about the other person? I just don't know what to do because I honestly love him and I know he loves me to I just don't know what is going on with him?

Wow, that two days gone and then getting angry at you for being upset should be a major red flag. He should appreciate your concern and realize his act was very selfish. The fact that he asked for a break indicates something ominous. You two should probably sit down and talk a bit. Find out what he was really doing for those two days and why he thought it was okay to disappear. Maybe it was just selfishness. Maybe it was deception.

I think by being gone two days , he was telling you then he needed space. i dont think it was wrong for you to worry, but Im more concerned if he feels the same about you as you do him. Give him his space and if he comes back...see how you feel then. I had a boyfriend do this exact thing to me. I cried my eyes out for a week. When he came crawling back saying he realized how much he missed and loved me, i told him to **** off! LOL I thought, if you didnt know if you LOVED me then I dont need your ***. Good thing too , because I met my hubby to be 3 months later and we have been together for 15 years! And he so is so much better then the guy I was dating. He is my best friend and soul-mate! This could be a good thing in disguise.

Darling it is impossible not to care about the persons you love especially the special person in your life. From the information you have given, this guy might be walking out on you soon. But do not be too hasty.Try in a mild and smart way to find out what is going on in that head of his.

You did not do anything wrong. I must be honest your boyfriend is being a royal jerk and he wants to take a break???? He is not serious about the relationship. I think you probably need to forget him; guys usually only want to take a break when they are prolonging the agony of breaking up with you. Move on you can do better.

It was a normal response to get worried. I think that that one event is not all. There might be other events that made him think that that was the last straw. He may think that you are too clingy. Just talk to him and find the true reasons. Try to work it out. If it doesn't then try to accept it.

of course its not a horrible thing to care for something you're with. the fact that he vanished for so long should have been a clue that somethign was up. he's just looking for a way out

Its a good thing to care, but if your constantly wanting to know exactly where he is, then it might be stressing for him.
