It would be really helpful if you know the time and temperature for cooking... I have no idea.

I throw in some lemon slices and seasonings with it, all wrapped up in aluminum foil (try to leave the foil tented a little loose, but seal it with folds to keep in the juice). It steams up nicely inside, just maybe 15 minutes or so, no turning. That's the easiest I've done one on the BBQ, and it works in the oven too. Also, nothing to wash since you just toss the foil.

Fish on the grill is art. I think the key is simplicity. HEre is how LEGAL SEA FOODS does it. I worked grill there for two years. This works for fillets

1. Get the grill very very hot. Use flavored charcoal if you can
2. Brush a little oil on the fish and a little salt and pepper.
3. Oil the grill with a paper towel soaked in oil.
4. Put the fillet flesh down on the grill.
5. DO NOT TOUCH IT FOR 5 MINUTES
6. FLIP it and put a little vinigrette on it.
7. Let it sit for 5 minutes on the skin side. If it needs more time after that put it on the upper shelf or it will burn.
8. Add any other flavor you want after it is on a plate.

i have the best answer! get a piece of foil, cut up some onions, green peppers, tomotoes, potatoes, onions, lemon slices and olive oil. cut up the veggies in cubes. coat the foil with olive oil. toss in the fish (i recommend salmon or tapilia) then the veggies. squeeze in some lemon juice and finally a tablespoon of olive oil. salt and fresh ground pepper to taste. fold the foil by tightly folding in all the ends to the middle(your making a pouch basically) and toss on the barbie. enjoy! anymore question feel free to contact me!

Any kind of steak fish like tuna, swordfish should be marinated and put right on the grill. If it is a fillet, wrap it up in tin foil with butter and spices to your liking and place it on your grill. Yummy!

Some salt, pepper and a little lemon. Easy and works every time. Or just get one of those flavor rubs for seafood, shake it on and grill.
