Not all of them. A few were small children and infants. They wore Benetton booties, of course.

Unfortunately, this band of the privileged and important discovered the Indians were not at all impressed with their labels or footwear. Quality, regrettably, just meant nothing to those so far out of the know and the trends.

They all had a foot fetish. They found it a very bonding experience. The reason they killed the indians is because the indians didn't wear shoes which offended the fetishists.
