yes definitely
if their parents do not perform their tasks properly parenting
either mentally, physically , sexually exploit their children
having the identity as parents does not equal to having rights to hurt their kids
i dont see why not

Never , to many frivolous law suits already in the system . I think there should be a licence before you can be a parent. If you do not pass some tests you do not get to be a parent . There is a lot of people out there who have children , but are not mothers or fathers. they have not the skill or time .

NO.... That would be hard to prove that a parent did something like that on purpose. Besides, wouldn't that open a door for parents to sue their children for possibly being bad kids?

why? How likely is it that parents screw up on purpose. And if they do then surely thats social works fault for not removing them. Much more likely to get cash out of them as well.

That's the problem with society today, nobody is willing to to take personal responsibility for their actions. Define bad parenting. Grow up and get over it.

Yes but only if the parents are acting very violently on regular occasions not just if it a one off and only leaves a faint mark.
