You can't see the Trinity - so what eyes are there to be seen? But when the Lord returns, we will be able to see his eyes - and that will be the Trinity's eyes that we will see until he takes us to the Father and then we'll see his eyes. But the Holy Ghost is within the saved, so as you look at a Christian, then you see their eyes, and hopefully you are seeing the Spirit of God shine through in such a way that you can't help but know those are eyes of one who is indwelled with the Holy Spirit.

The Trinity -- Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
You look at each of them at different times. They are all the same God
Jesus in your intersessory, when you pray, you go through Jesus to get to the Father.
The Holy Spirit is the Divine Helper, to give us strength, guidance, comfort, and yes, sometimes conviction, and you listen to Him. God speaks through the Holy Spirit to answer your prayers, and to help you, and give you peace.
God is the Almighty God, and it is He whom you set your eyes on, and you lift your prayers to, through the Name of Jesus, His Son, who sits on His right side.
They are all one God.
Look at it this way.
A man might be a husband, dad, son, neighbor, etc. He's all these things but he is still one man. He has different functions.
God the Almighty, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. All one God, but with different functions.
