Disconnect the keyboard, then start cleaning. Don't use soap and water! Use a cleaning product like Formula 409, sprayed onto a paper towel and then wipe it down.
If that doesn't get it all out, you'll need to start disassembling the keyboard. CAREFULLY pull the keys off one by one - you don't want to get them mixed up or break them - and clean in the areas you couldn't reach before.
Once that's done, let the keyboard get completely dry, then hook it back up. It should be fine.

Get a new keyboard. Basic ones sell for $10. That's a lot less trouble than trying to undo the mess manually.

easy... you just open trash carn, place keyboard inside. Wait for the trash guy to pick up your trash then you go to an electronics store where you can buy your keyboard back, it will just look completely different and have a different brand name on it and have a new box and instructions and such. Then take it home and plug it back in.

Let it dry and them use a pick and some compressed air in a can to get it out.
