I have cable TV and wants to use it in another room which currently has no cable outlet. I heard there is some kind of equipment (in pairs) that I can plug my cable in on one wall outlet and another wall outlet can provide cable output that I can use in another room.

Try any local hardware store, they are into home theater and accessories now. They are usually for in wall installation only.
And you have to run your cable wire to it, for it to work.
The cable wall unit will look like an outlet or telephone jack that you install, and is marked, and has an coaxial cable plug, like the one on the back of your tv or vcr, or cable box.
