THere is a shampoo & conditioner called Matrix, but it can be pricey. i cheaper way to go is suave. They have the same product, even down the the smell. It is in an orange bottle with a silver cap. It says on it comparable to martix ( or something like that). I have really frizzy curly hair, and it works really good on me and also smells great! :-)

Mix up 2 tsp of your conditioner in 1 cup of hot water and put in a spritz bottle. Spray it into your hair in the morning and comb it through. You can also cut down on washing your hair to just a couple times a week. In the summer we tend to over wash our hair and strip out the oils. Then we go in the sun and end up frying our hair. If you as guilty of this as I am, get a leave in conditioner with UV protection, like Redken, and wear a hat whenever you can. Sun damage from the summer stays with you for the rest of the year. It takes 12 months to grow out 6 inches of sun-damaged hair.

a hair iron would work, curly or straight?? curly, there are good hair serums out there, straight hair, a straightening iron works great. my hair is fried from bleaching it, and a flat iron is the only thing that makes my hair soft and smooth.
