what are you stressed about. usually ppl that teeth grind or biting the inside of the cheek all the time is a sign of on going tension or stress. this article has a really good read on depression and stress or maybe a topic that will help you out such as relationship problems. hope it helps you

I think so I cause I tend to do it and I've been told that I grind my teeth when I'm sleeping.

Could be. Another symptom is pain in your jaw.

Tooth grinder here. It helps me sleep. I wouldn't change it for the world! It's not good for your teeth, but I like my sleep more than I like my teeth.

Nope. teeth clenching and bad head aches. Also you would be able to see the wearing down of the teeth.
