dont dye your natural brown hair dark blue
dark blue dye has metallic elements in the ingredients
which is extremely difficult to cover over with another dye
if u awnt to dye ur hair again later on
the only way to change color is wait until your hair grows out
dont do it

Well If Its Wht You Want To Do i Say Do it But what i would do is use a temperary color blue first and see if i liked it if not than it will wash out if u do like it i then see if matrix had a any blue colors if not go to ur local salon and ask them. and if uu are talking about the like black color that just has a bit of a tint of blue thats pretty ,
