Yes, you can still eat bread, just make sure it is WHOLE WHEAT. It don't cost as much. You can get this Weight Watchers bread at Health Stores, I believe, and 2 pieces of bread are only just 1 point, while regular whole wheat bread is 1 point for 1 piece of bread. I'm on the Weight Watchers diet, too. I'm only on the Flex Plan, though. So far, I've lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks!!!!!! I'm really excited to lose more weight!

Yes. "Whole wheat" is referring to breads and other similar things (cereals, e.g.) that are made with whole grains. You'll know if your bread fits that description if it says something on the package like, "100% Whole Wheat." Not all wheat breads are made with whole wheat, so check your labels!

It sure does (but you shouldn't eat a lot of it at once) - You can still have sandwiches! And like another mentioned "you can eat anything while on Weight Watchers"

Yes, that means bread, but they limit the quantity you can have each day. The category "bread" also includes stuff like pasta.
