yes totally agree,they are all over the place, do not know why they cant just go and get a job, its not that hard, they aree just damn lazy

poverty mostly. But you can find pick-pockets in most large cities, where police are usually busy with some other crimes, and the theives feel free to pick and then hide in all the city clutter.

because they are really poor, and want money. most are very greedy, and selfish, and spend all their cash on gambling, and they have no other way to earn money but to steal it
