I would rather cut everyone off, than drive slow behind them. People driving under 70 mph on the freeway should not be allowed to get on the freeway.

LOL! Me too. I can't stand those drivers who think they are a "Regulator" in charge of keeping traffic to the posted limit. Whatever. Ever heard of LANE COURTESY?

Why do the slower drivers never think to pull over for faster traffic? Hell, I'm driving 80 and I'll pull over for you if you're going 85/90. What gives? II wish that the little old lady from Pasadena taught driver's ed...

No you are not the only one who cusses...

Ummm, what is the speed limit? I assume it is less than 70? So, what you are saying is that people who don't speed shouldn't be allowed to be on the freeway, and if they are, you feel that it is acceptable to cut others off so you are not inconvenienced?

I teach traffic school in Arizona, and I see horrible things all over the place, and now I know why...

While many people do share your angst, and will express some degree of road rage, it is better to just get around the people and NOT cut them off. If someone is driving far slower than the pace of traffic, cutting them off will either cause them to slow more, cussing at the nut case that cut them off, or to swerve and wreck, thus causing ALL traffic to slow. Just get around them and keep going. Worrying about what's behind you just ensures you won't ever be able to move past it.

By the way, I call the police EVERY time I see agressive driving such as people cutting others off. I have seen enough accidents and lost enough friends that I am in no rush to see any more.

I drive around the speed limit for a variety of reasons, and it really pisses me off when people act like I'm going way too slow just because I obey the law. Hey, I didn't make the speed limit. I don't want to be found negligent in the event of a crash, and can't afford a ticket or the extra insurance cost because of points on my record. Sorry if that's too slow for you, see if you can get them to raise the speed limits. BTW People who drive along in the left lane piss me off too. Once I pass someone I stay to the right.

No you're not, especially those (freeway OR surface streets) who insiste on driving slowly in the LEFT lane!!!!

Are you noticing if they're overly slow because they have a cell phone coming out of their head?

As long as slower traffic tries to keep to the right hand lanes and lets emergency vehicles and motorists pass to the left, I'm happy with their common sense driving habits.

I agree with you unless it is raining so bad that you can't see the car in front of you, then I'm one of the slow ones!
