Should I contact my ex (message him through yahoo).He's been my ex for a year, but we were talking again...until 4 months ago when i told him it was better to stop talking because we weren't meant to be. He wanted to keep being friends but i couldnt be friends with someone i wasn't over. I know he has a new gf right now, but I want to contact him, letting him know that I think of him and that i wish him the best. But I know its been a while, so i dont know if i should contact him. I think I still have feelings for him, but..i dont know.

Personally, I wouldn't contact him. You've made it clear that you are not suitable partners, and he has obviously moved on from your relationship. The fact that you think you still have feelings for him shows that you haven't moved on enough to be 'just friends.' Well wishes are all very well, but you need to take care of yourself.

U should talk to him if u do have feels 4 him still, tell him and if he has feels for u yall should hit it off.
