the marriage is valid, you would divorce them the same as anyone else. If you really want to hurt him (and are really petty) you could try to anul the marriage if you didnt know he was illegal. My question is, if you were married, why he didnt just get his papers?

God some of these people are dumb....You ARE legaly married to him, legality don't matter in marrage, ok and to go about divorceing him--you just do it like any other marrage, you go to the court house and fill out paper work, if you have childern or property together it costs a bit more to apply.
