There is no such thing as spot fat reduction exercises. You can use some topical mixtures....but thats a whole 'nother bag.
Proper eating, supplementing and cardio work along with a good, complete resistance training program will work for you.
Specifics
Make sure you eat a lot of things that have high thermic value.
HIIT Training is quite effective and time saving.
Remember to resistance train; it increases your metabolism much more than does running.
